To enquire about any of our products, browse the catalogue and click the 'Add to Enquiry' link beside the products in which you are interested.  You can go to the enquiry form at any stage by clicking the link 'View Enquiry Form' at the top of the page. Even if you have no products selected, you may still register with us and receive notification on upcoming products. 

Once we have received your enquiry we will respond to you as soon as possible by telephone within working hours (9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday) or by email.

Delivery
Stock items are usually dispatched within 1 or 2 days of receipt of order.

Returns
You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it, for a full refund.  We will refund after we have received and processed the item (please allow up to 28 days). 
Please note : We can only refund the delivery costs if the return is a result of our error.

When returning please wrap the package securely.
If the product is returned in a saleable condition a restocking fee of 20% will apply. 
If the goods are not fit for resale no refund will be processed and customers will need to make arrangements for collection of goods if they so wish. 

In the event that the return of goods is due to an error on the part of H Evans, H Evans will bear the cost of the return of the goods and the dispatch of replacement goods.
